DECREE: This petition coming of for hearing on this day upon perusing the Petition, the affidavit filed in support there of and the record in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Sitharanjandas, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.S.Shanmugarajasethupathi, Advocate for Respondent, this Court, while dismissing the appeal, doth order and decree as follows:-

1) That the Order and decreetal order passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai dated 02.03.2015 made in R.C.A.No.21 of 2014, be and are hreby confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition dismissed.

2) That the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises and hand over possession to the respondent/Land the Lord within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and

3) That these be no costs in this petition.
