O R D E R

The husband in the matrimonial dispute has filed the revision petition seeking an early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.470 of 2013 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is also present and stated that as on date the husband has paid the monthly maintenance regularly and there is no arrears.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that another I.A is pending for payment of educational expenses for her minor children. It is stated by the learned counsel that there is no possibility of settlement. Therefore, there is no point in keeping the H.M.O.P pending. Hence, direction is given to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the I.A for claiming educational expenses for the minor children immediately and thereafter, expedite the trial of H.M.O.P.No.470 of 2013. 4.The learned counsel for the wife represents that there is already H.M.O.P.No.449 of 2013 filed by her under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights.

5.Therefore, this Court directs the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.Nos.470 of 2013 and 449 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31st December 2015.
