This petition is filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry and also prevent the second respondent police from conducting enquiry in the commercial transaction. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] would submit that it is purely a commercial transaction and the respondent police is in need of certain materials to complete the investigation. Further, the respondent police undertakes not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent vehemently opposed the grant of the relief sought for by the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent not to harass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
