4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order by way of registering the case or close the enquiry as no prima facie case is made out. The above process shall be completed within the above said period.
