ORDER

The Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the vehicle in question has already been produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable.

2.The petitioner is at liberty to move the jurisdictional Magistrate who shall entertain the same and dispose of it on merits. The learned Magistrate will take note of the fact that the petitioner as well as the vehicle are already involved in the offence of similar nature. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
