ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 02.08.2017 preferred by the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed as Civil dispute. The closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the closure report submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court to seek his remedy.
