ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.02 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) points out the bad antecedents of the petitioner. In fact, that is why, his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL OP(MD). No.4926 of 2020 earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court.

4. The petitioner's counsel states that his daughter's marriage is to be celebrated on 26.03.2020. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the respondent on 07.04.2020. Since the petitioner himself undertakes to surrender before the respondent, the respondent is restrained from arresting the petitioner till then.

5. Recording the said undertaking, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
