3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that no complaint has been received from the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh complaint, if he so advised.
