Challenging the impugned transfer order passed by the third respondent in Na.ka.P1/112/2019, dated 19.02.2019, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent has withdrawn the said impugned order dated 19.02.2019 vide the proceedings dated 21.04.2019 in Na.Ka.P1/112/2019 and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition. The learned counsel has also filed a memo dated 10.06.2019 to that effect. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. The said memo dated 10.06.2019 shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.4045 of 2019 is closed.
