This Contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.19281 of 2019 dated 28.11.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this contempt petition, subsequently email was also sent in email filing and that petition has been taken into account and accordingly it was numbered and in that contempt petition, notice was also ordered, therefore, this contempt petition may be closed, recording the aforesaid developments. 3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
