ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader informed the Court that the petitioner had already moved the first respondent and that enquiry is to be held on 19.06.2024. The petitioner as well as the fourth respondent are directed to appear before the first respondent on the said date. The first respondent is directed to hear both the parties and conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
