When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had repeatedly filing one petition after another for the same cause of action.

2. On perusal of the records, it can be seen that the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.14164 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 27.09.2024. Now, once again, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition without any change in circumstances. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
