ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused based on the complaint dated 20.11.2017 preferred by the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and during enquiry both the parties submitted that they seek their remedy before the appropriate Civil forum. Recording the said submissin the complaint was closed. The closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the closure report submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
