O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.10.2017 and to investigate the matter.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.5 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 406 and 506(i) of IPC, r/w 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, on 20.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
