This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 31.10.2017 and investigate the same within the time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the complaint was closed by the second respondent, as the dispute is purely civil in nature.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the parties to approach the Civil Court to redress their grievance.
