ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.5(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2048 of 2025, dated 31.01.2025.

2. Mr.K.Suyambulingbharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions passed by this Court for only one day. He further submits that the petitioner has some life threat at Nanguneri. He 1/3

further submits that the petitioner is ready to comply with the conditions, if this Court modifies the condition.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated in Paragraph No.5 (b) of the order in the said petition and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Madurai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, except on days when the petitioner is required to attend other cases before the other Courts.
