ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case against the unknown accused persons based upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 11.11.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has enquired and closed the complaint. The Closure report has also been produced before this Court to that effect.

3. In view of the same nothing survives in this petition and the same is dismissed.
