Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 545 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 3rd Appellant in the above S.A. No. 1711 of 2000, on the file of this Honourable Court. Prayer in CMP(MD). 2775/ 2022 :
To condone the delay of 962 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent namely T. Dhanaraj in the above S.A. No. 1711 of 2000, on the file of this Honourable Court.

To condone the delay of 3441 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 4th Appellant in the above S.A. No. 1711 of 2000, on the file of this Honourable Court. PRAYER IN SA No.1711 of 2000:
To set aside the decree and judgment dated 22.03.2000 rendered in A.S.No.41 of 1999 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tuticorin, in so far as the findings are concerned by reversing the decree and judgment dated 22.01.1997 rendered in O.S.No.98 of 1992 on the file of the District Munsif of Srivikundam by allowing this Second Appeal.
ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.P.JESSI JEEVA PRIYA, Advocate for the petitioners in all petitions, the court made the following order:- Though this Court on 06.04.2022 allowed the petitions and directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.500/- each to the Siddha Unit attached to this Court on or before 18.04.2022, however, they have not paid the cost within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. Thereafter, the petitioners paid the cost only on 22.04.2022. Hence, these petitions are ordered on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- before the Registry to the credit of C.M.P(MD)Nos.2725, 2775 & 2793 of 2022 on or before 21.06.2023. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to take all the memo on record and list the matter on 21.06.2023.
