2. There is no order passed in favour of the petitioners as claimed in the writ prayer. All that the first respondent has done is to call upon the jurisdictional Tahsildar to consider the petitioners' request and nothing more. The first respondent has not gone into the merits of the matter at all.

3. Be that as it may, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate order on merits 2/4
