Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to settle a sum of Rs.15,950/- towards the payment of Post Retirement Benefits Scheme amount, together with interest at the rate of 6% p.a. payable to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e. 30.06.2017 and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated period.
