O R D E R

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners have some civil dispute regarding temple property with the fifth Respondent. The fifth Respondent is already married and having two children and her husband is also alive. While so, she had given a complaint with the All Women Police Station, Manamadurai against the Petitioners herein. The Petitioners appeared before the third Respondent for enquiry. The fifth Respondent also appeared before the third Respondent. At that time, the third Respondent had advised that if there is any valid proof for marriage between the second Petitioner and the fifth Respondent, the fifth Respondent shall approach the Family Court concerned or any other civil Court concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that after conducting enquiry, further enquiry was adjourned to 11.03.2024. Instead of appearing before the third Respondent, the Petitioners had approached this Court by filing this petition.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that after giving such a petition, the fifth Respondent again approached the Oomachikulam All Women Police Station, Madurai District. Therefore, the Petitioners were forced to seek a direction against the Respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the Petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that as far as the Oomachikulam Police Station is concerned, the complaint received from the fifth Respondent is closed based on the undertaking given by the fifth Respondent that she will approach the Civil Court concerned. 3/5
