The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to grant permission and protection for cultural event namely Aadalpadal scheduled to be held on 03.05.2018 at night in connection with "Chithirai Festival" in Arulmigu Sri Samayapuramariamman Temple at Old Post Office, Odai Street, Theni Taluk, Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 18.04.2018 as an individual capacity for the cultural event namely Aadalpadal in connection with "Chithirai Festival" in the aforesaid temple.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has objected that he is not a representative or trustee of the Temple or the committee of the Vizha Kzhuvinar or the organizer of the festival committee as per the conditions imposed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7911 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018.

5. In view of the above, this Court cannot entertain the present Writ Petition filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
