Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue the patta in the name of the petitioner with the Correct Survey No.100/4D1 bearing Plot No.34 with an extent of 1815 Sq.ft with the rectification of wrong entries made as 100/4B, 100/4C, 100/4F2 in the sale deed vide document No.7816/2007, dated 30.08.2007 that the rectification made through the affidavit vide Document No.27/2016 dated 14.03.2016 made by the petitioner at the Sub Registrar Office and consequently directing the first respondent to speedy disposal of the petitioner's representation, on the basis of the petitioner's representation.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in his name in respect of the petition mentioned property. In this connection, he has
given a representation dated 19.02.2019.
4.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing the order.
5.It is made clear that it is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not given any positive direction in favour of the writ petitioner. The only direction that is now given is that the petitioner's request would be disposed of.
6.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
