Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue a non-traceable certificate in respect of the documents viz., sale deed registered as Document No. 1790/1975 dated 14.07.1975 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Srirangam by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.02.2026.
ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue a non-traceable certificate in respect of the documents viz., sale deed registered as Document No.1790/1975 dated 14.07.1975 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Srirangam by considering the petitioner's representation, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
dated 12.02.2026.
2.The petitioner is directed to submit the xerox copy of the lost document and other relevant documents before the respondent forthwith. Thereafter, the official respondents shall process the same to issue non-traceable certificate in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
