Seeking for a direction to the respondents to include and promote him to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer on par with his batch mate as issued in the proceedings of the respondent in Proc.No.35578/2018/EE1.1, dated 26.02.2019, and for other monetary benefits, the writ present petition has been filed. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted

that promotion had already been given to the petitioner. In this regard, she has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent, dated 05.03.2019. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also conceded the said submission.

3.In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
