ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of learned counsel on either sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.The petitioner seeks correction to the extent of the revenue records by incorporating the correct extent of 26.5 cents instead of 22 cents. The petitioner has made a request to the 3rd respondent, which was rejected.

4.It is the admitted case of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent has already inspected the petitioner's property and 2/5

recommended for the correction to be carried in and by his proceedings, dated 26.11.2020 to the 2nd respondent. The file is pending before the 2nd respondent without any orders being passed. Therefore, the petitioner only seeks for dispose of his representation based on the recommendations of the 3rd respondent, dated 26.11.2020. 5.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.01.2025 based on the recommendations made by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings, dated 26.11.2020. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
