The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the petitioner Renault KWID car bearing registration No.TN-79-B-8907 which is in custody of the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2026.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's vehicle was returned to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, since the petitioner's prayer was answered, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 24.02.2026 KSA
