This petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry for the dispute which is completely civil in nature by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 16.03.2020. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the respondent police is interfering with the civil dispute.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute. It is for the parties to workout their remedy before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
