O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second and third respondents from interfering in the civil dispute under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

guise of enquiry on the complaint of the 6th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate, the sixth respondent has made a complaint to the respondent police against the petitioner and one Ravi. The sixth respondent has made a statement before the respondent police that the parties will resolve the issue by approaching the surveyor to measure the property and that they will not create any problem. In view of the above statement, the said complaint has been closed.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Court cannot entertain the present Writ Petition filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
