ORDER
The petitioner is a resident of Pachamalai Village, in which, one Sivakumar was the erstwhile president. During the financial year of 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, it is alleged that he committed various malpractice in laying roads and in that allegations, the petitioner has made a representation to the DVAC for taking appropriate action, on 10.12.2018.
After receipt of the representation, the DVAC forwarded the same to the second respondent by its order dated 23.01.2019. Since no action was taken by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

writ petition, he restricts his prayer to issue a direction to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders after receipt of the information from the District Collector, within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that he has no objection for granting such a relief sought for by the petitioner.
4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 3, after receipt of report from the second respondent, are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
