3.Petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to remove encroachment in Survey Nos.245, 256/2, 262, 289, 290, 291, 292 at Kottampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District based on his representations dated 13.03.2018.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 13.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
