O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.190 of 2015, dated 09.08.2015.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are running a business Management Consultancy and they are booking tickets and arranging for VISA and job reference to candidates. The defacto complainant had contacted the first petitioner and requested to arrange for job at Malaysia. The first petitioner accordingly, had arranged the tickets for candidates and for that purpose they have also received the money. Thereafter, there was some misunderstanding between the defacto complainant and the candidates, which resulted in filing of the complaint. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there are sufficient documents to show that the petitioners are not involved in this case.

4.This Court cannot get into the factual issues since the matter is pending investigation and the police have already collected statements from nine witnesses. The petitioners can always participate in the investigation and produce what ever documents are available, before the respondent police. The respondent police shall also consider the same in the course of the investigation.

5.This Court is not in a position to interfere with the investigation at this stage and the respondent police is directed to conduct investigation effectively and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
