The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to perform cultural event namely, "Karakattam" to be held on 22.03.2020 in connection with the festival of "Poosorithal Vizha" of "Samayapuram Sree Mariamman Kovil" situated at Siruganur, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.03.2020. Now, due to efflux of time, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and hence, the same is dismissed. No costs.
