ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 04.12.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil Vide Letter in D.No.2187 of 2024 dated 07.03.2024, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the Appeal in A.S.No.72 of 2012.

2.By the order dated 26.11.2018, this Court directed the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari, to dispose the appeal in A.S.No.72 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted. The learned Judge, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
