ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No. Not known on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.403 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.403 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is entitled to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.
