The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police 1/4

to complete the investigation in Crime No.802 of 2021 and file final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation is going on and they require some more time to complete the investigation and file the final report.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.802 of 2021 and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
