This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct th second respondent to register a case against the accused persons on th petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2017 and to take further actio based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that th petitioner's complaint has been enquired and the same was close recording the fact that the dispute among the parities is purely Civi in nature. The closure report is also produced before this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed th said fact and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum to see his remedy.
