Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026 seeking removal of the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.25/2025 opened on the file of the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026 seeking removal of the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.25/2025 opened on the file of the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.02.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
