ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to register an FIR pursuant to the orders passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai under Section 156 (3) of CrPC 09.03.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Police registered an FIR and after investigation filed a closure report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, on 09.03.2018.

before the Court below to workout her remedy in accordance with law. 4.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
