RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.3121/2023 dt.24/2/2023 in respect of conditions to deposit original title deeds of the immovable property modified as the value to be determined at market value.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGANATHAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition to deposit original title deeds of the immovable property modified as the value to be determined at market value. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.This Court by an order dated 24.02.2023 had directed to petitioner to deposit the original title deed of immovable property worth about Rs.15,00,000/-, since he is unable to deposit the same, he is still in custody hence he seeks modification of the said condition.
