ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third respondent for revocation of suspension, in the light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in 2015(7) SCC 291 (Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India), the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation, dated 04.12.2017 followed by reminder dated 26.12.2018, seeking revocation of suspension, which

effected on 08.11.2017. Since the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representations of the petitioner will be considered on merits within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the nature of the prayer as sought by the petitioner in the writ petition and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.12.2017 and 26.12.2018, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
