This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.45 of 2017, dated 04.08.2017, pending on its file.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if two months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 45 of 2017, dated 04.08.2017 and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithurai, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
