ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.All that the petitioner seeks is disposal of his representations dated 16.10.2018 and 18.11.2018 pending before the second respondent for issuance of patta for the petition mentioned property. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he had already succeeded before the Civil Court. 3.The second respondent shall take note of all the relevant material and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.It is made clear that it is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not given any positive direction in favour of the writ petitioner. The only direction that is now given is that the petitioner's request would be disposed of.

5.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
