Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing directing the respondent No.1 to 7 to take legal appropriate action based on the Petitioners complaint dated 19.01.2019 and the subsequent representation dated 01.03.2019 and entrust the investigation to the 3rd Respondent for a fair and impartial investigation and to direct the 3rd respondent to file periodic reporting to this Hon'ble Court on the progress made in the investigation.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that already the case has been transferred to the file of C.B.C.I.D and the case was investigated and charge was filed and the trial is under progress and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted that the case has been transferred to the file of the third respondent.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has been transferred to the file of the third respondent, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
