ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 25.09.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not ready for arguments and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "no further adjournment" for hearing on 04.10.2018. On 04.10.2018, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was posted under the caption "no further adjournment" and "for taking steps for the first respondent" on 10.10.2018. Even today, there is no representation on behalf the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Records perused. A perusal of the records reveals that the lower Court has decided that the death benefits of the deceased Indrarani is to be kept in deposit till the disposal of G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2015 is correct. There is no necessity to interfere in the order passed by the lower Court. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed on merits. No Costs.
