ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2016 and consequently direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that false cases have been registered against the petitioner in Crime Nos.76, 105, 111 and 52 of 2015 and in the name of enquiry, there is harassment on the side of the respondents.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that there is no such harassment as alleged by the petitioner and there is an assurance on the part of the respondent police that there will not be any harassment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
