2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the seventh respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
