************ This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute in connection with the property comprised in Survey No.313/4, situated at Kilavinikkaraipatti, Kodukkampatti Panchayat, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents have not interfered with the civil dispute and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission and also taking into account the fact that the issued raised is a civil dispute, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
