This Writ Petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 10.03.2020 passed by the second respondent dismissing the petitioner from service, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to permit the petitioner to continue in service with all service and attendant benefits.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 12.11.2021, there was no representation for the writ petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to post this matter under the caption "for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.6695 of 2021 dismissal" today, Even today, there is no representation for the writ petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that this petitioner was appointed as Typewriting Teacher in the year 1995 and he was relieved from service on 03.01.2018. The petitioner has challenged the relieving order in W.P.(MD).No.4801 of 2018 and in that petition, he has got interim stay to continue in service, however, the same came to be dismissed on 09.08.2021.
4. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and that there is no representation for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD).No.5163 of 2021 is dismissed and W.M.P.(MD).No.11279 of 2021 is closed.
