O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 04.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 04.01.2018 against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that complaint has been received and summons has been issued to the petitioner as well as the proposed accused.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire on the complaint given by the petitioner, if any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be registered and proceed in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
